For Lenders: SBA Best Practices for Micro and Small Business Lenders
The Small Business Administration put together a YouTube Channel with a series of best practices for microloan and general small business lenders to guide on industry best practices regarding servicing loans, portfolio monitoring, business development, and scaling.
SBA Microloan and Community Advantage Program Lending
Five videos in the series provide best practices specific to the SBA Microloan and Community Advantage programs. The videos incorporate interviews from Daniel Upham, Chief, Microenterprise Development Division at SBA and SBA lenders (MoFi, PeopleFund, LiftFund, CDC Small Business Finance, WWBIC, and Northern Initiatives), mixed with narration highlighting best practices.
